Strategic
Responsible for the provision of all Business Intelligence services to the company.
Redefining and presenting to the Board an appropriate IT strategy and forward schedule, in line with the Company’s vision.
Excellent communicator at all levels and with third party partners, suppliers and off-shore businesses. Maintain regular written and in-person communications with the organization’s executives, decision-makers & stakeholders.
Translating business drivers into IT Development, Business Intelligence and Data warehouse requirements.
Design, develop and implement IT - Business Intelligence and Data Warehouse strategy, short & long term plans to ensure the function capacity meets existing business requirements and supporting business growth.
Managerial
IT Staff recruitment and appraisals and managing sub-contract programming support staff.
Define the required improvement in the areas based on the feedback from business users of various units after conducting customer service surveys.
Create, establish PDP for all team members to address areas of improvement, empower and develop their technical and managerial skills.
Define clear KPI’s and conduct regular reviews with the team in order to capture all leanings on time and boost their performance.
Motivate the team members and find ways to improve their careers future and ensure their comfort to achieve the highest productivity and reach to the required deliverables.
Define the action plan for all team members, build their SMART and manage all manpower aspects like (vacation plans, work load & accountability matrix )
Provide monthly & weekly reports to the management on all aspects of the Business Intelligence and data warehouse including service desk and the data/system availability.
Implementing an IT Change Management process.
Build technologies, Analytics and processes to support the nature of retail business.
Technical & Project Management
Preparing project workflow outlines, draft & final solution proposals, combining financial budget preparation, timing estimate and assessing risk & security requirements.
Manage and set priorities for the design, maintenance & development for all Business Intelligence and data warehouse including security, data accuracy, and service desk.
Manage the overall ERP BI (Corporate and Retail) by implementing oracle which is transforming the IT operation in phased approach in three years.
Develop, implement, and maintain policies, procedures, processes & define standards for all Business Intelligence and EDW aspects.
Establish service level agreements with business units.
Streamline the BI activities within the service desk system based on best practices with infrastructure unit.
Manage, supervise the team to operate on all BI areas with various technologies (SAP, Oracle, QlikView)
Technical Structure comprised 400 business users in different sites.
Database Administration including (Database Setup, Create schemas, users, security, roles, import, export and backup).
Develop and maintain SAP Business Intelligence XI universes - Designer.
Managing and administering different Schemas like (Marketing, Purchasing, Sales, Inventory ...etc.).
Prepare commercial, marketing, inventory, financial and top management BI reports
Developing the BI environment and ensuring compliance with business objectives, configuring user profiles and access in CMC, configuring SQL Setup and ensuring system and database are secure.
Work closely with the Commercial, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, and Operation Managers to create and develop strategic reports, as well as standards reports that meet objectives of the company.

Responsibilities:
Managing the MS-SQL server including server (Hardware, Security, Schemas and databases).
Develop first C-tech in Jeddah branch.
Handling all hardware equipment’s.
Manage all aspects of systems availability, disaster recovery, and backup systems.
Contribute of budget and the strategically plans.
Writing VB program codes and compiling the codes to support business day to day operation.

Servers HW Migration.
New Training Center.
Build new students database.
Responsibilities:
Administering the network.
Managing the MS-SQL server including server hardware, Security, Schemas and databases).
Trainer for many products like MS Windows NT, Oracle SQL, Microsoft Office, Internet.
Maintain all application software’s according to user requirements.
Administering the training center during the director leaves.
