● Review the project documents (B.O.Q, Drawings and
Specifications) to recognize the scope of the Project.
• Reviewing the specifications, IFC drawing, and BOQ of the contract for getting the financial and technical offers from the agents and suppliers for the mechanical works in the project, preparing submittals and following up the delivery of the materials to the site.
● Study the exact site condition by visiting sites.
● Prepare Pre-tender Clarification and communicate with the client To understand the scope and specification in a right manner.
● Prepare quotation requests (RFQ) and communicate with
Suppliers/subcontractors to get the offer within time.
● Evaluation of Technical and Commercial Offers received from suppliers and compiling of Technical offers for bid submission to end client.
● Preparation of preliminary work schedule, labor histogram and
Method statement for bidding purposes.
● Preparation of Technical and Commercial Deviations to end client.
● Follow-up with Client after submitting the bid and get the feedback About the bid and convince them in technical / commercial Aspects to get the order.
● Assist with value engineering\analysis assessments and evaluating results as part of the project process.
