Leading a maintenance team responsible for annual maintenance contracts and operational support across various
building systems in major projects and high-profile sites in Kuwait.
Key
• Supervising preventive and corrective maintenance for BMU, monorail systems, overhead cranes, manlifts, and
spider machines.
• Reducing equipment downtime through proactive inspection programs and rapid troubleshooting.
• Coordinating and leading technical maintenance teams across multiple concurrent project sites.
• Ensuring safe and efficient operation in full compliance with project requirements and safety standards.

Supervise the technician team in performing both corrective and preventive maintenance, ensuring full compliance with SOP and GMP standards.

Handle a wide range of pharmaceutical production equipment, including preparation, filling, washing, tunnel sterilizers, capping, autoclaves, inspection, and packing machines.

Maintain sterile liquid production lines, covering ampoule sizes from 1 ml to 100 ml. Production line control systems include Siemens S7-300 & S7-400 PLCs, DCS, Schneider Electric Modicon M340 (C400) & M580 (C600) controllers, VFDs, and Industrial PCs. Lines also integrate dual-robot systems (STÄUBLI Robotics) and automated vision-based inspection systems using image processing technology.

Work daily with international machinery brands such as:
Bosch, Syntegon, Rotzinger, Uhlmann, Rommelag, Romaco, STÄUBLI Robotics, Rota Verpackungstechnik, and Fedegari.

Utilize systems like SAP and Oracle, particularly for creating and following up on purchase requests and maintenance documentation.

Collaborate with production and quality teams to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.

• Troubleshot and maintained chemical processing equipment.
• Installed a new product line incorporating classic control systems and variable frequency drives (VFDs).

• Hands-on training in PLCnext Engineer, HMI (VISU+), Node-RED, and Proficloud.
• Classic Control, PLC Programming (LD/FBD/STL), HMI Design, VFDs, and IIoT Integration.
