responsible for managing the business in all it's different departments and functions including the P&L wisely and product availability
manage and direct the sales and distribution of the bran item's list thru the assigned sales channel national wise, responsible for the target implement and achievement by area, channel, region
in addition to set the required financial budget which is required to accomplish the targets
follow and meeting the KA regularly toward the business requirements and benefits

- daily business operation management
- prepare and setting the the plans of the volume & value sales from the both sides of quantity and quality.
- prepare the finance budgets with promo phase / shape required in order to promot and obtain sales incremental (the business proposals)
- using and utilize the on hand resources with setting the vision of business future plan per channel, location
- recruit & replace the required resources in order to fill the gaps / improve the business performance.
- the forecasting of trade demand with the regularly review.
- lead the team of performance to achieve the targets and the objectives with the responsibility of the team skills improvement.
- determine a convenience way of full dwell communication directly with the function departments towards the business benefit, and know how to find away, (solutions & alternatives)
- building team with the needful direction and leading to achieve and support the business area of improvement
