• Responsible for planning and generating microwave path and connectivity matrix for new and rerouted microwave links and services using Pathloss 5.0 planning tool and Mobinet.
• In charge of analyzing services and traffic utilization data using Huawei NCE traffic monitoring system, Cacti, Watch4Net and DellSAS in order to generate a detailed report and solutions for traffic optimization solution and upgrading requests for any unexpected traffic increases, behavior, or performance.
• Fully conversant with Huawei u2000, and NCE management system.
• Providing technical and financial recommendations to the management team by studding and comparing futures and enhancement for new equipment’s management consider adding to network.
• Handling MOT, ISF, GS and Army requests to ensure no conflict or interference effect on touch networks.
• Checking and approving TSSRs provided by vendors and third parties.
• Ensure a clear line of sight between near and far end, check towers or poles for space, by physical site visit survey and generate reports for new and rerouted microwave links.
• Contributing to a success handover for Cisco ASR903, 9K and 6500 switches from IT department to IP backbone team.
• Installing all newly added routers in the network, as well as DC connections with power rectifiers and backup power plans.
• Configuring service’s routes generated by the transmission planning team for all technologies at Cisco routers and Huawei IUB switches and ensures reachability.
• Designing a modest and convenient application using MS Access to create an automatic script for a large number of VLANs and IP plans that can be easily applied on routers that was successful in reduce predation time by more than 60%.
• Completing of implementing and upgrading backbone microwave links such as Flexi Trunk, SRT-1F, and SRA-4 in order to handle and support traffic needed for LTE deployment project.
• Played a major role in installation new Surpass Hit 7035 & 7070 multiplexers.
• Contributing within Huawei swap project for all PDH and SHD microwave links.
• Contributing in implementing a new technology for test purposes including 10 FSona links and 1 AOptix.
• Constant to work as an on-call 24/7, responding to any faults or outages while giving technical support for the newly on-call members.
• Played a big role successful completion of the 3G/HSPA+ rollout project, which included the upgrade of 850 3G sites as well as the installation of over 70 additional locations to improve network coverage and data speed.
• Maintaining the existing Network availability and KPIs by solving all the reported faults within a set of SLAs and improving the network performance by conducting preventive maintenance.
• Working as an on-call 24/7 technician, responding to any faults or outages to maintain network availability and prevent any network outages from affecting client coverage.
• Involved in implementing and replacing over 200 microwave links indoor and outdoor units from Eclipse, Harris, and DCM to Ericsson MTN nodes to enhance network capacity and stability.
• Ensuring proper preparations for cabling, cabinets and power source availability for new and existing Motorolla BSCs and Telabs DXX nodes.
• Working as on-call 24/7 technician to respond on any fault or outage to keep network availability and preventing any network outage impacting customer coverage availability.
• Ensuring that 2G and 3G network availability and KPIs by solving all the reported faults within a set of SLAs and improving the network performance by conducting preventive maintenance.
• In charge of directing and tanning a team of six technicians to guarantee applying and using the most up-to-date procedures and tools to get the best result.
• Listing maintenance and installation pricing for cooperation contracts between stakeholders.
• Handling material and spare part supply requisitions.
• Ensuring smooth and reliable customer services experience by handling and supervising all division daily maintenance requests.

• Controlling and maintaining low current systems (Fire alarm, Telephone, PABX, CCTV, Public address, Access Control & BMS - building management system).
• Ensure reliability and availability of UPS and backup power plans for operation rooms.
• Responsible for submitting daily report, monthly schedule, MSR (Material Supply Requisition), and RFIA (Request for Inspection & Approval).
