• Preparing weekly work schedules for staff and finding suitable
• Ensuring that all café expenses are within budget and identifying ways to decrease operational costs.
• Receiving delivered café supplies and verifying that the correct items and quantities have been delivered
• Taking inventory of café supplies and ordering new stock as needed
• Resolving customer complaints regarding food quality and customer service
• Suggesting new menu items based on customers' preferences and feedback

• Prepare report and maintain records of work accomplishments and administrative information as required and coordinate the preparation, presentation and communication of work related information to the supervisor.

Develop presentations for current and prospective customer in support of new business development activities
• Work closely with client services by providing job details that support our customers projects.
• Interface with and provide support to the entire sales team assisting in sales and client activities
• Work with the marketing Director and Business Development Specialist to develop client target specific campaigns to obtain long-term strategic partners.
• Conduct market research to obtain key target information.
• Deal with complaints from customers
• Prospects for new business.
• Dealing with local customers some Europe customers like France, Germany and England for making quotation, proforma invoice and job order.
• maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails
• Assisting sales management for forecasting the sales statistics and planning further strategies accordingly
• advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions.
• Making Presentation for the Quarterly, Half yearly & Annual Sales for the references to the Senior Manager.
• Preparing and delivering marketing plans within key objectives.
• Preparing the Daily Sales Report
• Transcribe, review, and interpret all lease data before entry into the database.
• Ensure all data is accurately and quickly entered .
• Communicate regularly with the team, maintain a friendly competitive environment .
