- Implementation ERP system successfully.
-Build annual budgets and forecasts for all departments into one overall budget.
-Make sure all departments meet their budget submission deadlines
- Implementation Activity-Based Costing method (ABC) in calculating COGM & COGS as variable costing theory.
-Preparing actual vs. plan (budget) analysis with variances report.
-Calculate (BEP) break-even point to determine production volume that's covered fixed costing and not
realizing loss, so we can make the best use of our resources.
-Monitor estimates of new and proposed product or service costs.
-Making a Pricing for new products (FG).
- Improve operations, reduce costs, etc…
-Lead and manage the quarterly inventory review process.
-Preparing costing and profitability reports of each product, department, branch, sector and sales rep.
-Analyzing financial and operational results to understand company performance. (FP&A)
-Preparing competitor analysis, market trends and associated commentary to senior management. (FP&A)
- Support Top Management with data-driven analysis. (FP&A)
-Providing Top management with comparing factors affecting prices and profitability of products & services.
-Comparing and evaluating previous budgets and forecasts, and performing variance analysis to explain
differences in performance and make improvements going forward. (FP&A)
•Plan, organize and direct all the activities of the cost accounting function.
•Perform month end close activities related to Cost Accounting.
•Prepare actual vs. plan (budget) analysis.
•Prepare various financial analysis related to manufacturing costs, inventory, and expense information for various customers as needed for decision making support.
•Prepares estimates of new and proposed product or service costs.
•Provides management with reports specifying and comparing factors affecting prices and profitability of products or services.
•Develop and maintain standard costs of finished goods and production components in a worldwide ERP system.
•Maintain and improve processes and controls associated with manufacturing costs and inventory valuation.
•Lead and manage the quarterly excess and obsolete inventory review process.
•Ensure validity and accuracy of ERP through analysis, internal audit, and coordination with inventory control, production and work order processing.
•Assist in developing and documenting policies and procedures, including system requirements and internal controls.
•Represent Finance/Accounting on teams designed to improve operations, reduce costs, etc.
Interact with Production Control to ensure Bills of Materials (BOM) are accurate and up to date.
Update standard costs in the bill of materials as needed.
Planning & Analyze actual labor, material, and overhead cost against Standard/Budget. Research and explain variances. Report this information monthly or as needed.
Assisting in Month end close of the General Ledger.
Making estimates of new and proposed product costs.
Analyze excess and obsolete inventory and proposes reserve adjustments as required.
Drive continuous improvement through trend reporting analysis and metrics management.
Planning, Studying, and collecting data to determine costs of business activity such as material purchases, inventory and labor.
