• Specify requirements for, and influence, future business process design and development based on regional needs, using appropriate Change Management process and tools.
• Identify gaps / opportunities for change with local business processes to derive business benefits (in conjunction with local key users)
• Test/Sign off new process / system releases and enhancements across the region
• Understand and drive local process change in line with (global or regional) best practice.

Project & Change Management
Follow EBC (Effective Business Change) Framework to deliver relevant business process improvement projects to the agreed plans. This includes:
• Understating the framework and applying it
• Ensure delivery of the project milestones to agreed timing, budget and business benefits case

Develop & Sustain Regional Key User Network
Lead the Key User network across the region to ensure business process expertise is developed, sustained and harnessed to deliver business benefits. This includes:
• Coach, train and support development of local Key Users expertise
• Encourage discussion and sharing of best practice across the Key User team
