*Recruitment Section
Supervises the hiring process by posting positions.
*Payroll Section
Creating & Updating the Salary sheets for All Branches.
*Personnel Section
Create and update filing system for all branches.
Review staff contracts and supervise the process of signing a contract for new employees.
Follow up the employees' performance for all Branches through the monthly employee performance appraisal.
-Creating policy for the branches (Lateness policy, Deductions policy, Motivation policy... etc).
-Develop a system of rewards and compensation
-Follow-up personnel issues relating to allowances and compensations in coordination with the accounting department for approval, (such as discount products and transportation and meal allowance ... etc.).
-Conduct all medical Insurance issues, (Medical claims, Approvals, New participators).
-Conduct all Social Insurance issues, (Ins Form No1, Form No.6 and Form No. 2).
-Coordinating & finalizing the terminations or resignations process i.e. clearness form, experience certificates etc.
-Conduct exit interviews.
-End of Service payment vouchers.
*Employee Relation Section:
-Issuing HR Letter and Letter intend.
-Controlling all kind of leaves.
-Conduct investigation cases.
-Creating the company organization chart.
-Organizing team-building plan.
