Projects Description:
To complete the design, fabrication & installation of façade for the towers the towers belong to KAFD & Managed by PMCM companies such as JLL & Parsons. The work includes stone cladding, aluminum cladding & unitized panel.
Job role:
o Making a Baseline schedule-with assigning cost, material & manpower.
o Making Cash Flow, Man power and other resources histograms to control & monitor the progress
professionally.
o Fill Dashboard that shows a summery of the project phase & present it in proper way for the
stakeholders.
o Making Daily, Weekly and Monthly reports.- Make updates, revised and recovery plans by P6-
o Making claims for getting extension of time by Time Impact Analysis method.
o Dealing with high level requirements from international project management companies such as JLL,
Parsons & Atkins.
o Making proper reports & sheets that facilitate collection data form all parties & analysis it to get the
needed information to control the project & present it
o Coordinate with the contracts team & write a draft & fill content of letters
To establish 5 buildings in every location with special requirements which located in 6 areas around KSA The project was belong to SWCC & consulted by Sawaed Company.

Making an Update schedule
Making Daily report., revised and recovery plans by P6.
Making Cash Flow, Fill Dashboard that shows a summary of the project phase
Coordination between the six locations & the subcontractor with reporting to high managers Make the contracts for the subcontractors & responsible of the payment of the material
