Preparation of Sight & Avalization documents for bank with proper recording till clearance of the amount.
Monthly reporting for AP
Handling the following for 2 companies:
Preparing payments through cheques and cash,
Preaparing invoices & reciepts, Reconciling bank statements on monthly basis, Recording entires in the software (FOCUS RT), Preparing salary reciepts as per payroll.
Visiting clients for Stock count and Auditing also preparing and reviewing financial statements and prepare presentations for meetings.
