Ensures the safety of terminal personnel and equipment through personnel terminal safety inspections, employee training, heightened awareness and delegated accountability through the development and enforcement of strict safety policies that meet or exceed OSHA, corporate and local regulations, and policies, while ensuring that immediate corrective action is taken for non-compliance.
Participates in developing, implementing, and directing; realistic, fair, yet firm objectives, terminal key performance indicators, and trends results to achieve desired outcomes.
Timely preparation of the daily operation summary report and other periodical report as requested.
Coordinates receipts of petroleum products into shore tanks, supervises the dispensing of petroleum product at the terminal while ensuring zero jetty demurrage and zero spillage after product discharges.

Implemented a behavioral safety program and concentrated on the ‘leading indicators resulting in a 40% reduction of accidents and 30% reduction of incidents.
Proactively conducts over 50% yearly SHE Audits, risk assessments, workplace inspections, storage depot inspections: recommending both improvement opportunities and remedial actions where standards are not being met and conformance adhered to.
Streamlined monthly tracking and reporting of KPIs by reducing processing time by 50%, simultaneously analyzing data trends for all key parameters of work-related incidents, providing insights on causes, and contributing factors, while assisting delivery units with necessary corrective actions and continuous process improvement.
