Planning and organizing different teams who are handling lubrication and fuel equipment's production, installation and maintenance. With my expertise in six sigma helped in increasing the efficiency of production capability and trying a higher level of efficiency with my teams.
Working in the biggest Supply Chain in Asia as the central hub of all promotional demand activities built my expertise in this field, excelled in handling all the pressure of this position and was able to coordinate the work between Supply Chain and all the other departments in Panda. Leading 3 teams: Promo price updating team, Promo coordination team and Promo reports team always trying to improve the Promo department and enhance the team's efficiency.
Worked as a Quality Control and Assurance Supervisor in Hally Sweets Factory in Jeddah, Applied Six sigma concepts in order to develop the production process quality and reduce defects. Collected and analyzed data from the production line using engineering statistics software: MiniTab.
Worked as the connection point between the factory and the marketing section in the group. With the knowledge I have as an engineering student at the time and with my personal designing and marketing skills the results of my work were always appreciated.
