Fully responsible of setting and executing business plans for all F&B brands and for the F&B division and identifying business development opportunities in existing and new markets and identifying, negotiating and acquiring new F&B brands.
Fully responsible and owner of the F&B Division performance and P&L.
In charge of the relationship with Franchisors and the adherence and compliance with the Franchise agreements and the development plan for each brand.

-Responsible for the timely set up of the assigned Food & Beverage outlet, according to the meal settings and in line with the opening hours
-Handle the welcome and seating of arriving guests with the assistance of the Hostess
-Maintain a professional and friendly relationship with the outlet patrons
-Establish and update the outlet’s database of regular guests
-Tour the outlet and all related areas frequently, ensuring the highest possible cleanliness and maintenance standards
-Involved in the outlets promotional activities.
Supervise the purchase and storage of food / drink to ensure compliance with business and legal requirements.
Keep all accounting records on takings and expenses to ensure accurate reporting.
Manage and hire staff to ensure good cover and required good delivery of service.
Oversee the restaurant operation during duty hours.
