-Tour the outlet and all related areas frequently, ensuring the highest possible cleanliness and maintenance standards

Keep all accounting records on takings and expenses to ensure accurate reporting.
Manage and hire staff to ensure good cover and required good delivery of service.
Oversee the restaurant operation during duty hours.
