maintenance program generating, spare parts store management, selecting and

Company as Mechanical Engineer, for the expansion of Indorama UREA
storage and exporting facility at Onne Federal Ocean Terminal free zone
Jitty at Port Harcourt/ River State/ Nigeria.
Working for Material Handling System, piping, steel structure consist of Truck
unloading station, Urea storage warehouse, ship loader tripper car gallery structure
modification and expansion, belt conveyor system consist of portal scrapper
reclaimer, ship loader, belt conveyors and transfer tower, and bucket elevator, All
required mechanical expansion for the MEP for the new building including the fire
fighting network for phase II jitty.

responsible for all the maintenance activities for the production machine and equipment.
preparing all necessary maintenance plan, and follow up with the maintenance crew.
preparing the necessary corrective and preventive maintenance accordingly based on the case of the machine.
coordinate with all other teams to perform the maintenance tasks smoothly, production team, safety, ... etc.
communicate with all machines manufacturer for the situation and for any clearance in case of equipment failure.
communicate with manufacturer globally to request all required items to keep the machines run.
communicate with local supplier to insure the availability of other parts can be requisted locally

working in the mechanical equipment construction and maintenance at onne urea fertilizer exporting jetty port at Rivers state onne free zone under Indorama as client supervise, organize the daily work requirement and manpower in the following field:
- steel structure building construction assembly, welding and installation of different type of steel structure building.
- water network, fire fighting, bunkering, and irrigation networks for the facility (HDPE piping with different sizes)
-Water Tank, Pump room construction and maintenance including diesel, electrical, and jockey pumps for the fire fighting network, domestic water pump water treatment unit installation, irrigation pump, bunkering water pump, and well pump installation piping and starting up.
- Power plant construction and maintenance of three caterpillar generators and fueling, lubricating system piping, pumps, main and daily tanks fabrication for the generators.
- Compressed Air Network and Compressed Air pumps Ingorsol Rand installation commissioning and starting up using aluminum compressed air pipe.
- HVAC installation ducting and maintenance.
-Built conveyors installation (11 no. of different sizes and capacity)
-Bucket elevator installation.
-Scraper reclaimed FAM client Installation.
-Ship loader FAM client installation.

Mechanical Engineer :
-implement and coordinate mechanical drawing for execution without intervention with other departments.
-arrange daily work and man power duties.
-follow up with the sub-contractors.
-follow up with civil and electrical department to avoid any future clashes.
-reporting to the direct superior and project manager for the daily work done .
-follow up with the documentation for the handing over to the client.
-installation, testing, and starting up of the equipment's( ac units, pumps and pump room, piping, drainage, and sanitary work).
