My responsibilities were controlling and managing the duties of elf Shop and
warehouse, such as, listing, stocking, recording in and out invoices and goods
receipts, issuing sales invoices, purchase requests, purchase orders, transit
expenses, and reporting to the Manager + Daily administrative works writing
letters, emails, memos, preparing prints, photocopies, bookings, filling Forms,
translations, keeping records, customers’ debt statements, troubleshooting and
other related task as per directions of the Managing Director.
Beside administrative duties, I was also responsible of creating and editing the
promotional artworks used to promote company’s products, such as ads like
stickers, billboards, photographing products, filming the physical drafts on
installed locations.
In Addition i am
Able to Work hard, under pressure, overtime, oversea, individually, with team,
on time, actively, responsibly, quickly, accurately, regularly.
Skills are Using Excel as database, Reports and filters in Access, editing in
Photoshop, Designing at CorelDraw and Illustrator, Short Videos with Adobe
Premier, Photography with Canon and Nikon DSLRs, Smart Phones, Oil Painting
on Canvas, and type English and Persian text in a faster speed.
Speaking Fluent in Dari and Turkmen, English and Pashto are Good.
Conducted Painting Exhibition during University period Got award as 3 best artist among Kabul University, in presenting and artwork presenting world environment day. attended 6 months of professional scholarship inside the country. Photography Exhibitions inside Kabul city
