•Recruiting more than 200 Staff, training and developing staff
•Prepares memos, reports and other correspondence, as requested by the Group Human Resources & Admin Manager.
•In-charge in updating Employees Electronic Files and keep an updated Employees Master List in the system available upon any request for reporting purposes (Manning Headcount, Active Employee Records, Resigned/Terminated Employee List, etc.)
•Ensures the completeness and accuracy of employee records in the Company ERP System - AX Microsoft Dynamics.
•Monitors and checks attendance in attendance system, submit attendance reports for payroll preparation and as needed.
•Receive leave applications, monitors and keep records of leave balances.
•Arrange the Accomplished Probationary Form for submission to Head Office in preparation for the Confirmation of Employment.
•Prepares letters and correspondences requested by employees such us but not limited to experience certificates, bank letters, salary certificates, etc.
•Coordinates with Recruitment for Vacancy Requirements.
•Submits QID Expirations/ Renewals List on a monthly basis to Department Heads.
•Updates record of Visas/ Labour Cards Renewals and provide list to Visa Section.
•Prepares Disciplinary Letters and ensure that appropriate measures are being implemented.
•Provide travel itinerary to employees entitled for ticket benefit by obtaining ticket quotations from company accredited travel agencies, obtain required ticket price and schedule approvals from Hotel Management and coordinate flight details with employees.
•Assists the Human Resources Officer in maintaining and updating the Departmental Service Manual.
•Assists the Group Human Resources & Admin Manager in regularly monitoring staff performance against agreed criteria.
•Ensures that all reporting staff demonstrates the required service standard.
•Ensures that all employees comply with the company grooming standards.
•Carries out any reasonable tasks requested by the Management.
•Responsible for preparing monthly reports about the duties being performed.
•Handles staff grievances and disciplinary matters to the agreed hotel standard.
