- 𝑫𝒖𝒕𝒊𝒆𝒔 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑹𝒆𝒔𝒑𝒐𝒏𝒔𝒊𝒃𝒊𝒍𝒊𝒕𝒊𝒆𝒔 𝒂𝒓𝒆 𝒈𝒊𝒗𝒆𝒏 𝒃𝒆𝒍𝒐𝒘 :
- Overseeing and managing construction activities on site, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors and manage labor, subcontractors, and equipment usage to optimize workflow, meet construction schedules, and maintain safety standards.
- Perform construction troubleshooting as needed to address any issues, ensuring efficiency management on all aspects of the project.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, assess costs, and track budgets in adherence with project parameters.
- Collaborate with design teams and on-site team management to communicate and resolve issues efficiently, ensuring design integrity is maintained.
- Utilize engineering degree expertise and site work experience to oversee fit-out work and complete shop drawings.
- Assist with BOQ preparation and quantity surveying to support large-scale project management from start to finish.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, and authorities to ensure seamless project lifecycle execution, with a solid understanding of materials knowledge and interior finishes for high-quality fit-out work.
- Preparing and maintaining QA/QC documentation, such as material approval records, inspection reports, and non-conformance reports (NCRs), providing a clear trail of accurate records.
- Provide client communication to update on project status, maintaining construction drawings interpretation and specifications review.
- Ensure budget tracking and timeline tracking to meet deadlines within project scheduling and scope management parameters
- Use AutoCAD proficiency and other architectural design software to review and prepare detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and calculations
- Maintain all project documentation accurately, including site reports, inspection reports, and as-built drawings and BOQ preparation.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and guidelines for construction activities.
- Review and approve construction materials and methods to ensure they meet project requirements.
- Train and mentor site staff on quality control practices and procedures.
-Participate in project meetings to discuss quality performance and improvement initiatives.
- To interface and coordinate with clients for QC matters and coordinate with third-party inspection agencies for all related inspection activities.
- To prepare Quality Control procedures and inspection Test Plans (ITP) according to project requirements and client specifications.
- To plan and supervise Subcontractor inspection activities and reviews of Sub Contractor QC performance.
- To undertake the preparation of the Final Handing over dossier and maintain a proper filling system (as per Company procedure) with full traceability for retrieving the document.
- Prepares and reviews Structural / Civil engineering deliverables such as studies, design drawings and documents, and material and equipment specifications.
- Verification of preliminary client-provided data like FEED package/ Detail Design Package, Soil Investigation Reports, vendor documents, etc.
- Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies for construction projects. Create detailed designs using CAD software and BIM (Building Information Modeling) tools. Prepare technical reports, drawings, and specifications for projects
