* Managing a team of 50+ staff including Field Maintenance, Front Office, Back Office & Enterprise operations
working 24x7 to handle CS/PS Core, IP/MPLS, Transmission, Radio Access Network, VAS, CBS and
SME/Business/Consumer/Wholesale Customers as follows:
* Field & Datacenter Maintenance: Preventive & Corrective maintenance of Radio sites & Datacenters
includeing Telecom equipment as well passive elements such as DGs, Rectifiers, UPS, Batteries
* CS/PS Core: Handling operations for roaming customers, wholesale partners, business customer complaints,
managing PS KPIs & KQIs through Huawei SmartCare
* VAS: Handling BMS clients, managing KPIs for MMS, SMS, VMS, MCA, SDP, CBS
* IP/Transmission: Managing Licensed/Unlicensed links for network as well as corporate customers, Leased
fiber media, ISP Upstream links, CDNs, Wholesale data customers, IP/MPLS network.
* RAN: Managing 2G/3G/4GTDD-FDD/5G site infrastructure
* Enterprise: Handling complaints from various enterprise service categories including DIA, Advance Internet,
Cyber Security, L2/L3-VPN, SIP, PBX, FBB including Enterprise customer delivery & feasibility analysis
* Network Capacity Management & expansion planning with stc Planning department
* GNOC Delivery - Successfully established Front Office in India for stc MS Project. Tasks include GNOC resource
hiring, GNOC to LNOC Link establishment, Access to Network tools in GNOC, Processes handling to ensure
smooth transition, ensuring proper Knowledge Acquisition & Transfer
* Key member for the successful renewal of MS contract. Responsibilities including: Preparation of several
proposals to meet customer expectations & overall business needs. Preparation & implementation of cost
reduction plan to meet CGPR target required by HQ
* Creating new opportunities within the project to enhance business for the organization
* One of the key member to develop a Solution & submit bidding for stc Bahrain NOC unification of Business
NOC, IT NOC, CT NOC & SOC.
* Processes compliance & implementation to streamline business operation
* Supervise the KPI and report the required corrective actions to maintain the output within the approved
margins
* Project budget control and business planning
* Interacting with customers at a senior level to gain feedback and build relationships
* Keeping costs down by focusing on the reduction of leakage
* Maintaining effective control of expenses by regularly examining accounts and comparisons with budget

* Manage staff of full-time 30+ employees and multiple specialized communication contractor crews. Maintain a
fully staffed and technically competent team to manage fibre optic network, IT infrastructure, Datacenter,
Building Facility, Network operations center (NOC), Back office/L2-support.
* Schedule and coordinate daily work activity of internal and external resources to ensure project, operational
and SLA objectives are met and high reliability/availability of mission critical transport systems are maintained.
* Provide strategic direction and vision on Network design and requirements.
* Provides technical expertise to the department on complex problem resolutions.
* Regularly interface with internal and external partners and vendors to develop new solutions and perform
scheduled upgrades, outages, maintenance activities, etc.
* Ensures that the proper documentation and procedures are in place.
* Monitors network to ensure network availability to all system users and schedule the necessary maintenance
to support network availability.
* Administer contractual services to ensure compliance with contract agreements.
* Datacentre maintenance including but not limited Generators, UPS, Rectifiers, Batteries, CCU(s), Server
Racks, Fire suppression system.
* Procurement, sourcing on contingent workforce, software and IT outsourcing, and business outsourcing.

All kind of troubleshooting and commissioning on Transmission equipment Huawei BTS, RTN620 Hybrid, Huawei
RTN605 and NE80 Routers.
Emergency response to service affecting incidents
Responsible for Network Up time
E2E ownership of cluster network faults & MTTR
Processes compliance & implementation to streamline business operation
Monitor and control the network modification plan(include but not limit at upgrade, expansion and cutover,
transmission internally and externally)
Monitor and control the work orders flow between HUAWEI and CUSTOMER to make sure the plan is on schedule
and in accordance with HUAWEI standards and quality.
Solution development for Enterprise customers using unlicensed microwave links or LTE-A CPE devices
 Corporate & residential customer service delivery
 Datacentre maintenance including but not limited Generators, UPS, Rectifiers, Batteries, CCU(s), Server
Racks, Fire suppression system
 Preventive & corrective maintenance of Telecom & Non-telecom equipment at Nationwide access sites

Zong Project
 Delivered services by leading the teams of multiple sub contractors for BSS/RAN and Core sites Installation
and rendering the technical feedback for Implementation activities in order to achieve the targets in strict
timeline
 Subcontractor's management and tracking; variation orders approvals, scheduling work activities, Managing TI
Supervisors and their teams, delivering on key milestones of service delivery
 Material inventory for Microwave links
 Implementation and upgrade of transmission network
 Responsible for Transmission path/media from BSC to End Site
 Supervise the roll-out deployment of Zong (CM PAK) project and achieved targets as per management
expectations


Warid Telecom Project
 All kind of Transmission troubleshooting of NEC Paso link Neo, NEC SDH Links
 Ensure configuration and performance of sites in coordination with the OMC-R and RF Teams
 Analysis and monitoring of various network reports in order to assure the required QOS as per customer
requirements
 Ericsson Traffic Node 2P, 6P, 20P, Minilink E Installation and commissioning
 NEC Paso link MW audits for Frequency TX, RX, Output Power and RSL
