Schedule Project Completion time lines w.r.t Delivery Period

Initiate Indents (Procurement Proposal of store) after Confer with Managing Director and Marketing Directorate

Evaluate Sales Contract, Technical Bids/Offers of the Firms and Procurement Contract in the light of Technicality and advise suggestion in lieu of PPRA rule

Monitor Procurement and Production Process and Report to Top Management by making detailed plans to accomplish goals and suggest the integration of technical activities

Keep track of regular work activities of each employee and ensure all processes are executed by considering the fiscal budgets; prepare strategic models.

Schedule meetings with Production Manager to analyze feasibility and execution of projects and goals w.r.t. Project profile, specifications and testing procedures, coordinate with Production to ensure smooth plow of Production flow line and integrity of work through updated trend and knowledge of industrial engineering procedures

Plan work strategies and Preventive Maintenance schedule that covers installation, testing, operation, and repair of facilities and equipment at proper interval

Identifies and captures opportunities for improvement in equipment maintainability and reliability, by designing maintenance strategies, procedures and methods.
* Uses RCM concepts to optimize work processes, adapt maintenance tools and procedures to improve equipment utilization and reliability, and minimize service quality incidents
* Planning and undertaking and carrying out routine scheduled maintenance work
* Responding to equipment faults; diagnosing breakdown problems and faults.
* Supervise fitment of new parts and making sure equipment is working correctly by quality inspections; obtaining specialist components, fixtures or fittings.
* Liaising with client departments, customers and other engineering and production colleagues; Keeps current with latest equipment, technologies, and maintenance methods.
* Procure specialist fixtures, fittings or components and machines according to the demand of production & Controlling maintenance tools, stores and equipment; managing stocks of supplies and equipment
* Participates in technical audits and compliance assessments, and follows up on closure of remedial action plans

* Ensuring the design of electrical systems in accordance with contractual requirements, procedures and the schedule defined for the project.

* Ensured the Quality Management System (QMS) is followed throughout the engineering phase like 5`S & Kaizen & Suggested improvement suggestion to top management

* Verifying of Electrical & Mechanical Layouts & drawing as well as BOM

* Checking progress of the activities, suggesting suitable actions to prevent absorb or minimize any deviations in terms of time or costs.

* Preparing the Project Monitoring and Progress Report.

* Keeping coordination with Mechanical, Electrical, and Testing & Installation teams

* Assisting the inspection team of client during stage inspections and final inspection.

* Promoting awareness of customer requirements throughout the organization using Training Section

* Technical writing (including complete documentation of operational and technical manuals, procedure, Check list form designing, presentations to the management.

* Collecting data from field - critically analyzing the product performance and recommending required changes.

* Look after the certification like ISO, ISO1 and OHSAS1.

* Test power stabilized system & module, which are used in Telecom sites, through Conducting the Internal Audit and random process assessments.
