Sourcing potential profiles from the various medium.
Conduct initial screening and interviews of applicants with panel members.

Maintains and responsible for employee’s personnel file.
Responsible for preparing contract letters, reports.
Responsible for Addition & Deletion of new inductions in HRIS.
Update Employee Management HR System.
Assist in Payroll.
Customer handling.
Follows and implementation of company’s SOP while handling customer’s queries.
Answering calls professionally to provide Information about product and service.
Obtain details of complaints.
Provide the solution to customers regarding their complaints.
Keep records of customer interactions and transactions.
Recording details of inquiries/ complaints resolved them accordingly.
Track and resolved all issues pertaining to customers.
A follow-up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customer’s requests.
Collaborate and build a relationship with customers to strengthen service competitiveness.
Maintain the time management while facilitating the customers.
Maintain quality and compliance.
Achieves the daily, weekly and monthly based targets.
Develop and forwarded the customer complaints in internal portal and software.
