1- Working as Planning Engineer ensuring the timely delivery of the overall railway systems for Etihad Rail Stage-1“Shah-Habshan-Ruwais Project”. The overall railway system includes the signalling, telecommunication, traffic Management, SCADA and Freight Control systems.
2- Preparation of realistic, controllable and monitor-able project schedules to meet the set deadlines.
3- To monitor and control the progress of different project phases using Primavera P6.
4- Coordination with Procurement and Logistics department to monitor the lead times and delivery durations for critical materials and expedite them if necessary.
5- Circulation of weekly look-ahead schedules for different project phases to respective personal and get reports from them.
6- To make sure that the required resources are available to meet the available work scope and suggest optimization of resources if required.
7- Keep close liaison with Construction and Quality teams to monitor the progress of project and provide them necessary support for the smooth execution of planned activities.
8- Preparation of Project Monthly Invoices in compliance with the contractual payment milestones.
9- Supporting the Project Manager in the main project management tasks such as defining the project scope; managing project resources; executing tasks as defined in the project plan; implementing the quality management plan; measuring project performance against scope, schedule and cost baseline; managing changes and risks; communicate project status to stakeholders.
10- Updating Plan /Schedule including implications of approved changes.
11- Making Level III plan for the project in Primavera.
12- To make sure that the planned activities are executed and completed as per the defined Quality and Safety standards and procedures and within planned durations.
13- Active participation in project reviews and audits.
14- Making necessary changes in plans to reduce the project time and cost.
15- Reporting directly to the Principal Program Manager.

3-Evaluation of construction methods, equipment & material requirement plans.
4-Prepared Progress Measurement system for the projects.

7-Preparation of internal schedule for site execution using Primavera.
8-Preparing reports for top managements showing the planning data summarized
9-Dealing with comparison reports showing deviations from Original and Latest Forecast Plans.
10-Monitoring and Controlling Project according to given plan and recording progress of day to day activities.
11-Dealing with Material Procurement and Planning.
12-Involved in making of Material requirement Plans & Inventory Management Systems.
13-Identify updated requirement of Manpower. Direct materials, Direct Consumables and Equipment based on 3-months look-ahead plan.
14-Preparing Extension Of Time Claim ( EOT ) using Time Impact Analyses.
15-Dealing and managing all Subcontracting issues.
16-Prepared Cost Analysis of Projects and comparison to Original Budget
1-Preparation of Level III & Level IV plans for Ammonia Storage Facility.
2-Generating 3-months and 4-week rolling look ahead schedules for the area based updated Level-III Schedule and work front availability status from the Client in consultation with Planning Manager.
3-Generate and analyze overall discipline wise progress and efficiency reports and compare these with targets
4-Discuss Field Revisions with site construction team, prepare variation daily sheets, submit to main contractor and get approval for work execution.
5-Maintained the highest standard of workmanship as per electrical codes, regulations, plans and specification.
6-Responsible for the monitoring and analysis of progress, efficiency as well as the consumption of direct materials and direct consumable and equipment utilization and undertook a comprehensive comparison with the budget.
7-Executed all works in line with Client and Company HSE and QA policy & procedures
