• Managed NBO’s Islamic Banking Program and launched Muzn Islamic Bank which includes launch of Islamic Banking Branches, Core Banking implementation (Ethix), all related systems implementation, setting up operations & Procedures, Sharia board, and various Program related activities.
• Managed NBO’s UAE strategic Program which was focused on expansion in UAE by offering full range of banking services and distribution expansion.
• Currently managing the customer centricity and digital initiatives program which includes revamping corporate portals, replacing mobile banking platform, social media sites, retail internet banking and corporate internet banking projects.
• Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of Strategic Programs/Projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals.
• For assigned Programs/Projects, responsible for business objectives by orchestrating the internal and external resources plus within the funding and timeline constraints.
• Responsible for Performing Portfolio Management on the overall Projects running within the Bank.
