• End to end Supervision and implementation of LTE sites installation works as per scope and ensuring quality work to be carried out.
• Responsible for the end to end installation of new rollout sites \[Macro, Micro sites and DAS implementation\].
• Dismantling/down grading of sites as per provided scope while maintaining complete inventory in WH.
• Offer PAT for the newly integrated sites and get accepted through O&M team.
• Ensuring availability of complete equipment, required for site expansions and rollout of new sites.
• Implementation and integration of SCOs as per proposed design by RNP&O.
• Responsible for the SCO implementation through vendor where access not possible due to security concerns \[Baluchistan Region\].
• Rectification of post implementation issues till KPIs restoration.
• Sharing weekly report with management for the different assignments.
• Maintaining Telco inventory at WH.
