• programming access control server (G4 Multimax, avigilon, RBH Axiom)
•Dividing the tasks for all engineers and technicians
•Coordinate with our client about all issues to prepare site Visit if need it.
•Follow Up with engineers
•Prepares and submits reports to the General Manager
•Coordination, Procurement & Materials Management
•System Design such as CCTV, access control, intrusion system, and public address and fire alarm system.
•Site survey for new projects
•Handle procurement activities relating to contracts and subcontracts.
•Undertaking the site surveys for CCTV, FIRE ALARM, Cables, public address and burglar Systems.
•Preparation of BOQ.
Team and Handle shift
•Troubleshoot with customer home user and corporate customer for the data and internet connectivity
• Configuration Device like:
- CPE Antenna Fixed WiMAX for corporate customer in an EMS, DHCP, SNMP & portal System
- ISDN Line Phone configuration in ZXL device.
4) Monitoring:
- Monitoring link come from ISP.
- Monitoring for BS and Sector in BS for Fixed WiMAX .
- Monitoring for BS and Sector in BS for Mobile WiMAX in WSM Alarm
