- Forecast supply and demand to prevent overstocking and running out-of-stock
- Apply FIFO for the stock
- Conducting and scheduling physical inventory / count, reconciling variances inputting data
- Improving delivery performance KPIs
- Ensure regular reports . monthly, quarterly and yearly
- Organize, maintain inventory and storage area.
- Reports any arising issues to be solved immediately.
- Find the root cause of problems and setting corrective actions
- Ensure shipment and inventory transaction accuracy
- Interface with customer to answers question or solve problems
- Coordinate communicate and work with other departments on business project.

- Ensure effective timely implementation of all logistics daily operational goals inclusive of shipping functions and inventory management
- Ensure monthly, daily, weekly and monthly reports (KPI, outstanding, delivery performance, …)
- Solve outstanding issues
