- Manage the operations costs and expenses according to the set budget
- Organize and follow the SOP.
- Monitor the KPIs for the operations and support function including analyzing data.
- Organize and manage forecast orders, supply and demand to prevent overstocking and running out-of-stock.

- Maintain and improve the operations performance in terms of machines filling, refilling corrective planogram.
- Lead data analysis and observation that aim to reveal the root cause of nonconformities and service failures.

- Forecast supply and demand to prevent overstocking and running out-of-stock
- Apply FIFO for the stock
- Conducting and scheduling physical inventory / count, reconciling variances inputting data
- Improving delivery performance KPIs
- Ensure regular reports . monthly, quarterly and yearly
- Organize, maintain inventory and storage area.
- Reports any arising issues to be solved immediately.
- Find the root cause of problems and setting corrective actions
- Ensure shipment and inventory transaction accuracy
- Interface with customer to answers question or solve problems
- Coordinate communicate and work with other departments on business project.

- Ensure effective timely implementation of all logistics daily operational goals inclusive of shipping functions and inventory management
- Ensure monthly, daily, weekly and monthly reports (KPI, outstanding, delivery performance, …)
- Solve outstanding issues
- Establish and mange relations with sales force and customers
- Improving the transit time
- Analyze and log purchase orders commensurate to existing stock availability and reduce the shipping cost
- Oversee and monitor availability of stock to reduce shortage

- Handled Ecommerce department (SOUQ.COM, MARKA VIP, NAMSHI, SUKAR, RED FALCON) supervising and monitoring all the shipment from A-Z (receive, sort with update system, upload in CMS (Call management system) . monitor the process till closed it
