Manage Procurement function through activities
including (supplier performance, supplier quality, internal order placement performance, buyer activity levels, financial

Mini Crackers, Quavers Pellets, Cheetos Loops and Mix-up Pellets in 2017 and in 2018.
• Delivered total productivity of $685K for MENA Food Ingredients in 2017 and 2018.
• Delivered Operated Cash Flow benefit of $100K by extending supplier’s Payment Term in 2018
• Developed risk assessment plan in co-ordination with Vendor Assurance and R&D team to qualify 2 suppliers
annually as part of Business continuity plan.
• Supported Pellets growth plan by developing UK supplier option in 2018
• Assist in identifying and supporting co-manufacturing supplier for Quaker Pasta for Dubai BU in 2017.
• Improved the process for identifying and developing productivity projects in collaboration with R&D, Supply
Chain, Marketing and Supplier representatives targeting productivity of Conversion Cost spend.
