- Receive invoices from suppliers
- Scrutinizing Invoices with purchase orders and Register it in EIP system.
- Scrutiny of accounts receivables.
- Booking of Purchase journal vouchers.
- Preparing of statements as per due date
- Creating payment vouchers.
- Reconciliation between vendors statements and our statements.
- General accounting, cost accounting, sales control accounts and customer invoices.
- Prepare the schedule and control the poking (checks dated after)
- Setup entries are closed at the end of the month.
- Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
- Checking expense accounts before processing and recording all expenses.
