Responsibilities
• Responsible for leading and managing all account payable and procurement processes for new as well as ongoing digital transformation projects in the organization.
• Study, prepare and analyze the budget for digital transformation projects (new and existing projects) as per government policies, provisions and procedures.
• Attend relevant periodic meetings with senior management team and provide inputs on strategic aspects of projects.
• Conduct feasibility studies according to the policies of the Expenditure Efficiency Authority to request new budget for projects.

• Responsible for all follow-up operations for successful implementation of the existing digital transformation projects.
• Secure financial credits for digital transformation projects to facilitate payment processes for projects.
