and linking dependencies as per WBS.
• Collected daily and weekly site progress data and updated actual start date, finish date & % complete
in P6 baseline.
• Prepared weekly progress reports, bar charts and S-curves from Primavera P6 for management and
client review.
• Monitored critical activities on site and reported delays to senior planning engineer for delay analysis
and corrective action.

accurate progress data.
