Front-End Loading (FEL), referred to as Pre-Project planning (PPP), Front-End Engineering design (FEED), feasibility analysis, conceptual planning, programming/schematic design and early project planning, mainly process for conceptual development of projects
Use planning systems and tools to track and integrate all parts of the project.
Establish the planning system, procedures and processes used to control and report the project
Coordinate and contribute to all aspects of project planning and schedule development for the projects.
Preparing project status report weekly and monthly with progress curves and action plans for all interfaces of Engineering, Procurement and construction to minimize further slippages.
Establishes schedules for options and potentials changes.
Monitor contractors and owner actual progress verses planned progress, provide exception reporting, and recommended actions.

Generate and analyze standard reports related to Progress status, Productivity and Efficiency on a Weekly and Monthly basis for Client and Executive Management.
Monitor the Project progress against the plan; Calculate the Productivity from the Earned vs Actual Man-hours in the deliverables-based Engineering Register / Document Control Register.
Prepare & submit Proposal Engineering Statistics report for Client
