Use planning systems and tools to track and integrate all parts of the project.
Establish the planning system, procedures and processes used to control and report the project
Coordinate and contribute to all aspects of project planning and schedule development for the projects.
Preparing project status report weekly and monthly with progress curves and action plans for all interfaces of Engineering, Procurement and construction to minimize further slippages.

Monitor the Project progress against the plan; Calculate the Productivity from the Earned vs Actual Man-hours in the deliverables-based Engineering Register / Document Control Register.
