• To Review the daily activity reports from the contractor.
• To co-ordinate with client and Contractor.
• To ensure the safety guidelines are adhered at site.
• To attend the weekly internal meeting.
• To review the submitted method statements by contractor.
• To monitor the third party laboratory testing at site.
• To check and approve the quality of the material, quality assurance and application procedure as per method statements.
• To prepare the actual progress reports for executing management.

• To perform quality check in the field, prior to request for inspection by the Consultants.
• To inspect the reinforcement at the various stages of R.C.C. work.
• To perform QA/QC related tasks for all building related materials.
• To co-ordinate with clients, consultants and Site Engineers.
• To train labors according to the method statements.
• To prepare RFI’s (Request of approval and inspection)
• To check the quality of work at site.
• To prepare the method of statements of various works.
• To work according to the ISO9001 Certified.
• To undertake the responsibility for site laboratory works and third party laboratory works.
• To point out non conformities at site along with raising and closing of NCRs.
• To Document the entire QC related activates as per the project requirement.
• To control the quality of concrete from batching plant to pouring point.

• To supervise skilled and unskilled labours.
• To prepare progress reports.
• To manage overall project programs such as pre contract tender schedules, establishment of sub-contract key dates and progress reports.
• To ensure construction work in conformation with relevant drawings & specifications.
• To ensure all work carried out in safe manner and in compliance with the project safety manual.
• Development and review project planning and programming.

• Prepare schedule for requirements of the material and equipment needed in the implementation.
