First Five months:
I worked with the Implementation team on Medicom application knowing how it was implemented, how it was integrated into the organization to help enhancing the process and I was introduced to all the current problems that the users might face.
After Five months and Till now:
I started working with the QA Team on the following responsibilities.
Designing test plans, test procedures, test cases and test design reports.
Writing product specifications
Monitoring product life cycle to assure quality
Measuring efficiency of testing cycle by applying Testing.
Coordinating with different teams to apply patches
Executing test plans and applying bug life cycle by using bug tracking system “Task Tracker”.
Worked on and supported many health care solutions (Medicom, Cerner Millennium, Valentia solutions, MedInfo blood bank solutions, Some in house applications for contact center, pediatric emergency, mortuary, and bed tracking system)
Had training and Worked with HP- ALM.
Had training and Worked with HP- Load Runner.
