Preparing and organizing chart of accounts.
Monitoring Project budgets, comparing with actual monthly cost accruals, reporting the status to the management.
Monthly Preparation of Accounts Payable, Account Receivable & Bank Reconciliation.
Communicating with Banks related to Letter of Guarantees, Facility arrangements, L/C opening and document submission for collections, preparing amendments up on requirement, maintaining parallel records of the L/C transactions,
Preparing Monitoring Letter of Guarantees lists and taking action for refunds up on expiry of the guarantees.
Supervising and monitoring Purchase orders to the vendors and reporting variances on project costs upon PO amendments. Posting suppliers invoices in to the system. Establishing the internal audit procedures for payments to vendors and affiliates on due terms.
Supervising on issuing Invoices to Debtors, posting invoices to the system and follow up for the collection.
Preparing Cash flow forecast and controlling finance in-out flows. Project cash flows reviews with operation teams to establish and smooth flow of fund across the business.
Maintains In put and Out Put VAT accounts for Quarterly VAT Return.
Filing VAT Return.
Preparing and monitoring monthly Payroll, Sick leaves, Annual leaves & indemnity
Preparing, maintaining Fixed Assets register and their monthly provision of depreciation.
Maintaining records of Prepaid Assets and expenses, posting monthly recurring transactions.
Handling and monitoring Petty cash expenses and transactions.
Making day to day transactions in all the Ledgers, and processing month end and year end closing.
Month end processing, GL journals, review/prepare monthly reconciliations of GL accounts. Preparing Trial Balance, Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet reports, Cash flow statements monthly & yearly and forwarding to management
Finalization of accounts Liaison with auditors and prepare audit work papers and conduct Annual Auditing.
Handling all the Group Company accounts up to Finalization.

Current Duties & Responsibilities:
• Handling Accounts Payable of Six companies in Steel Trading Group.
• Preparing Import Letter of Credit (L/C) applications (Manual and Online applications) and amendment documents and follow up with suppliers and banks.
• Preparing documents for advance payment TR, open account TR, Collection documents, Islamic financing documents and settling transactions under cash against documents through bank and clearing trade and non-trade payables.
• Preparing tender bond, performance bond, advance payment guarantee and other
letter of guarantee applications and amendments manually and thru online.
• Online banking and transactions such as supplier’s payment transfer (local &
overseas) and inter-company transfers.
• Monitoring and preparing settlement of trade and non-trade liabilities and
arranging enough funds available in the account before due date.
• Recording, reconciliation, and posting required entries on the system for all trade and non-trade transactions.
• Preparing daily bank position statement and monitoring daily bank balances through online banking.
• Other miscellaneous and bank related transaction work assigned including
communication and coordinating with our Relationship Managers.
• Preparing TT, cheques and maintains PDC register
• Bank reconciliation daily and monthly of local and foreign currency accounts.
