systems, quantity surveying procedures, cost control practices, and construction documentation under fast-paced
project environments.

• Reviewed the IFC drawings, specifications, BOQs and other contract documents in order to prepare an accurate &
comprehensive workable budget.
• Conducted site measurements and prepared progress reports to validate executed works against approved
drawings.
• Monitored project costs vs. budgets, highlighting variances and providing cost control support.
• Prepared the interim payment application (IPA).
• Reviewed and certified the subcontractors payment applications.
• Appraised the variation items and prepared the variation order sheet for both client and subcontractors.

• Assisted in quantity take-offs and preparation of Bill of Quantities (BOQ) from drawings in line with NRM2 standards
• BOQs and cost estimates for 15+ residential and commercial projects valued over LKR 600M.
• Involved in infrastructure and building projects including a 10km gravel road project valued at approximately LKR
100M, drainage project valued above LKR 50M, a 200M asphalt road project, pond/tank development works, and a
public market project valued at approximately LKR 45M
• Performed cost variance analysis, monitored project budgets, and provided value engineering solutions achieving
8% cost savings.
• Assisted in subcontractor evaluation, contract preparation, and interim payment certification ensuring timely project
cash flow.
