• Work with management team to formulate and update the information related to MOE Strategic Plan, operational projects and communicate projects status and issues to the upper management
• Monitoring plan progress, identify Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s), gather results to be incorporated into the strategic plans and ensure realistic and challenging target KPI’s are set .

• Setting up the convention manual for modeling the processes and make sure that all processes are being designed along with strategic objective, responsible to create, maintain and continually improve ARIS Database and to provide ARIS training for beginners and advanced level.
• Use Quality Improvement Tools/Problem Solving Techniques to insure optimum sustainability of the continual improvement process.
