• Responsible for resolving escalated service issues, coaching other engineers to resolutions.
• Designing and implementing new network solutions and/or improving the efficiency of current networks.
• Rapidly establish a good working relationship with customers and other professionals, such as software developers.
• Improves operations by conducting systems analysis; recommending changes in policies and procedures.
• Test and evaluate new technology.
• Conduct inspections to ensure IT systems and equipment are operational.
• Ensuring staff is properly trained on new systems.
• Evaluate and assist with vendor relations in the purchase of new hardware and related software to improve our overall cost-efficiency
• Receiving, prioritizing, documenting, and resolving requests with IT service request system.
• Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications.
• Report network operational status by gathering and prioritizing information and managing projects.
• Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
• Talk to staff or clients through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the phone, to help set up systems or resolve issues.
• Troubleshoot systems and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
• Follow diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system.
• Set up new users' accounts, profiles and deal with password issues.
• Responsible for data backup process using (NAS).
