 Understanding customers’ requirements (technical and commercial), with the necessary advise to client for his best and most suitable options.
 Close all financial & contracts term and conditions with clients to be matched with company standards.
 Managing relationships with suppliers, vendors, sponsors, internal parties and community partners.
 Follow up all quotations with clients and achieving client’s satisfaction for all terms of our quotation.
 Monitoring all projects processes to make sure full satisfactions for all clients.
 Study the market opportunities; company share in market and ability of company to get these opportunities.

Responsibilities:
 Searching for new clients and promoting the sale of company products and services that best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery (Pre-Engineered Buildings) to maximize client potential in designated regions,

 Persuading clients that a product or service will best satisfy their needs

 Understanding customers’ requirements (technical and commercial), prepares proposal offers and check with estimation department all technical requirements to get the best economical solutions,

 Negotiating tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs

 Follow up all quotations with clients and try to make clients satisfaction from all terms of our quotation.

 Coordinating sales projects with Clients & projects department.

 Follow up with Engineering department for Approval/ Shop Drawing/ Erection Drawing releases,

 Notify customer periodically about the progress of their orders in Engineering and Plant,

 Liaising with Finance to obtain payments subsequent to Fabrication/ Shipment process and Project closure,

 Monitoring the whole process of steel fabrication and erection and notify the Customer the shipment schedule in order for the customer to make necessary arrangements and warranted at site till the completion of erection,

 Notifying customer at each stage of erection and actions warranted from their end \[from Customers Main Contractor\] to speed up completion of erection of the steel structure.

Responsibilities:
 Estimation, Designing and analysis Steel Structure and Pre-Engineered buildings (PEB) such as (Warehouse, factories, Hangars, Multi-Story buildings, etc.) according to international codes.
 Meet and Coordinate with Customer, Sales Engineer and Management Engineer to achieve the yearly target
 Solving any technical problems appears at all project stages (Design, detailing, Fabrication and Erection)
 Making many change orders in those projects according to customer requests.
 Preparing cutting-off sheets and steel sections to achieve cost saving and design basics and qualifications.
 Preparing approval drawings, calculation sheets and material List.

Projects:
1- Project of constructing two sides of ferry berth in Port Said on the Suez Canal with 700m length inside and beside water with Suez Canal Authority (The Owner)

2- Project of drilling operations and take-off Sheet piles with 500m length in Ismailia at the New Suez Canal project with Military Forces and Suez Canal Authority.

Responsibilities:
- Acting as the technical adviser on the site for all civil and marine works like knocked sheet piles ... etc
- Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations to mitigate risks
- Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications
- Day-to day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force.
- Planning the work and select best alternatives to fulfill Project plan in order to meet agreed deadlines
- Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise
- Overseeing quality control, health and safety matters on site
- Overseeing the selection and requisition of materials
- Liaising with consultants, sub-contractors, the general workforce and all stakeholders’ involved in the project

- Monitoring the site labor force and the work of any sub-contractors.
