Inter-company accounting
Handling accounts payable for separate entities and vendors
Analyzing workflow processes
Establishing and maintaining relationships with new and existing vendors
Ensuring bills are paid in a timely and accurate manner while adhering to departmental procedures
Processing due invoices for payments
Comparing purchase orders, prices, terms of payment and other charges
Collect and log all incoming invoices immediately
Match invoices with purchase orders and delivery receipts
Forward invoices to the relevant department for approval
Discuss discrepancies with vendors post verification
Schedule payments based on terms and cash flow
Maintain open lines of communication with suppliers
Periodically evaluate the AP process
Processing transaction and performing accounting duties such as account maintenance
Recording entries and reconciling books of accounts
Assist with the processing of accounts payable and receivable
Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports
Identify discrepancies in ledgers and accounts, tracking them to the source and correcting them
Manage payroll activities
Verify payments and deposits made through the company account and coordinate with the bank
Perform bank reconciliations and other reconciling tasks as needed
Plan, Implement and manage procedures to optimize inventory control
Contact clients and vendors as necessary to ensure accurate and on-time payments
Working with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers and journals.
Updating and maintaining procedural documentation. Invoice processing and filing.
Post all entries in the sage 50 software
Bookkeeping
Assist in monthly closing expenses
Prepare the sale tax invoices
Prepare the local Yarn & Fabric contracts
Maintaining the Export / Import Commission register
Maintaining the Local Party ledger account
Research, track and restore accounting Documentation problem and discrepancies
Inform Management and compile reports/summaries
Processing deposits, payments & withdrawal
Provide Accounting & Clerical support to Accounting Department
Reconcile accounts in a timely manner
Daily enter key data of financial transaction
Prepare bank deposits, general Ledger postings and statement
Prepare & Maintain Accounting documents & Record
Provide assistance and support to company personnel
Review customer profiles, adhering to policies, procedure & standard
Provide efficient & courteous response to customer enquiries
Filing the documents in relevant file
Actively assist in handling the department ongoing activities
