Work with senior leaders to develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and projects that
support business objectives.
Set up HR and legal frameworks for new branches in GCC countries, ensuring compliance with
regional regulations and company policies.
Oversee the full recruitment process for Commercial Department vacancies, including sourcing,
screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Conduct investigations into employee complaints and grievances, and provide fair resolutions.
Implement HR analytics to track key metrics, analyze trends, and provide data-driven insights for
strategic decision-making.
Manage performance evaluations, provide feedback, and goal-setting sessions to drive continuous
improvement and alignment with organizational objectives.
Ensure all PRO-related processes are completed smoothly and on time, including employee visas
and health insurance
In charge of all HR and administration aspects of the Queen Alia International Airport project.
(around 400 employees).
Administer end-to-end payroll processing on a monthly basis, ensuring accuracy and adherence to
payroll policies and procedures.
Explaining HR policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees.
Manage employee records and HRIS systems, ensuring the accuracy and confidentiality of data.
Assist in benefits administration, including claims management, and employee communication.
Conduct exit interviews and recommend corrective action if necessary.
Screen resumes and application forms, and schedule and confirm interviews with candidates.
Assist the HR team in organizing career fairs and special events.
Participate in interviews to determine the qualifications of applicants.
