Planning, scheduling, and supervision of mechanical engineering tasks for multiple projects, including:
- KAFD Fire Station: Overseeing mechanical tasks for this fast-track LEED Platinum project, implementing
sustainable and environmentally conscious construction practices.
- KAFD Parcel 404: Successfully completed and handed over a construction project involving a 27-floor
tower at area 4.
• Manage comprehensive quality control, meticulously overseeing project budget, schedule, and performance
across all projects.
• Provide transparent progress reports to the project manager, ensuring effective communication on project
statuses.
• Facilitate regular meetings with clients and consultants, representing the company in interpreting project
requirements and addressing ongoing challenges.
• Efficiently submit MIRs, WIRs, RFIs, and other essential documents, maintaining meticulous project
documentation standards.
• Lead and mentor a dynamic project team, consisting of 50+ members for the mechanical team.
1- Supervised surveyors on site and done some surveying when required on three projects: A) Thaxted Solar Farm in Essex B) Churn Gold Housing estate in Avonmouth C) Trowse Newton Solar Farm in Norwich.
2- Submitted weekly progress reports to the project manager.
Attended installation and commissioning of Gas Turbines, Air Intake Systems, and Exhaust systems.
Thesis title (Make life better - designing a new 2-in-1 Crutch). Graduated with Second Class Honors, Upper Division.
