Main responsibilities:
- Reviewing and evaluating new medical reports and chronic medication’s requests to ensure the eligibility to proceed.
- Releasing approvals according to data we received, and inform all concerned sides by the outcomes.
- Following up the monthly dispensing plan for all insurers to avoid any inconvenience or a daily need shortage for chronic patients.
- Keeping a few tasks as a part of the medical network as a backup upon request.
Main responsibilities:
- Being on touch directly with health care providers to maintain the optimum service quality.
- Managing all new providers accreditation’s requests to achieve the required network expanding.
- Considering insured members complaints and notes and avoiding any miscommunication between all service parts.
- Connecting the internal departments with health providers to ensure the perfect work flow.
Main responsibilities:
- Covering all requirements of the emergency clinics.
- Keeping on touch with all doctors to ensure the best service.
-Approving the insurance coverage of each patient to prevent any claiming issues.
- Reporting stocks availability to avoid any shortage
Main responsibilities:
- Introducing a high quality active pharmaceutical ingredients to drug manufacturers.
- Keeping our company well-informed regarding any new project at any local manufacturers.
- Promote our products portfolios by emails, phone calls and arrange a face to face meetings with concerned departments at manufacturers plants to discuss their requirements.
Managing the stock and proceed with supplying as
necessary.
* Enrolling in the managerial responsibilities; filing the
suppliers related documents, following up with financial accounts.
Main responsibilities:
- Working on a new formula that were suggested by logistic and marketing departments.
- Keep enhancing the existing products formula to suit the end users demands.
- Following up with all departments in the plant to ensure the good manufacturing practice standards.
Being on direct touch with patients to provide all needed medical advices.
