Key Responsibilities:
• Managing various aspects of construction projects directly or indirectly related to furniture including interior designing, fit-out, and office furniture layout.
• Expanding company’s business by directly involving in business development by participating in different potential sales generating activities including space planning, conceptual designing, supporting project manager, meeting project deadlines, and collecting customer office furniture requirements.
• Maintaining cordial relationship with key decision makers including real estate leasing companies, architects, designers, project managers, contractors, and material suppliers (local as well as multinational).
• Keeping abreast of all office furniture and interior design standards followed by local as well as international companies to accordingly deliver them office furniture and interior design products.
• Educating customers on latest furniture products available, communicating the design, space, and other benefits that newly launched products can offer.
• Keeping update with all economic and industry trends, ensuring that all new marketing and advertising campaigns launched will yield successful results for the company.
• Maintaining continuous liaison with all internal and external stakeholders that would directly or indirectly influence customer’s buying decision including project managers, furniture designers, and third party installers.
• Managing all day to day tasks that would help increase sales force effectiveness and generate more sales including attending management meetings, training staff members, and scheduling visits with
clients.
• Working with the furniture workshop staff to work on new furniture designs which can cater to changing customer needs and reflect the latest trends in the furniture market.
• Capitalizing on all networking events within the future industry to showcase all new furniture products offered by the company, gauge customers’ responses, and gather valuable feedback that can be used for future marketing strategies.
• Devising better sales strategies and tactics to create and nurture new business opportunities from existing as well as new customers.
• Prospecting, identifying, and development business relationships with potential customers to build sales leads that would ultimately generate business revenues.
