Customer Service Representative Job Responsibilities:
Serves customers by providing product and service information; resolving product and service problems.
Customer Service Representative Job Duties:
Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
Opens customer accounts by recording account information.
Maintains customer records by updating account information.
Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.

Software installation and application support.
Antivirus updates and virus removal.
Provide support to end users locally and remotely.
Active Directory, GPO, Outlook, Backups.
Purchase of network and CCTV equipment, software, computers, and peripherals utilizing different vendors.
Cable installation, CCTV cameras installation, DVR configuration, access and support.
Contracted by the MTA Safety Department to obtain surveillance required by the Transit Insurance Group
Responsible for the collection and replacement of CCTV hard drives from designated coaches
Troubleshoot hardware and software malfunctions as well as network issues as it relates to the CCTV system
Utilize complex software to connect to various network devices for manual CCTV downloads
Document chain of custody forms and error logs for the Transit Insurance Groups investigation
Commercial IP CCTV security system installation, setup, and repair.
Cat5, 5e, 6 structured cable system installation, termination, and testing.
Stationary and remotely controlled motion IP CCTV camera installation.
Multiple DVR system component rack construction and installation.
Multiple DVR and associated hardware (work stations, routers, switches) installation and setup.
Customer supplied location specification drawings utilization.
Final system camera and component layout documentation preparation for customer.
