Project: Rawabi Residential City Project
Responsibilities:
Review design & Shop drawings, Review and modify BOQs, Prepare tenders, Coordination with other disciplines to avoid clashes, Coordination between Designer and contractor to grant proper implementation for works, Provide Technical support, Quantities Surveying, Prepare Material take off for projects, Prepare cost estimate model for MEP works, Materials ordering, Materials quality control, Materials Approval, Inventory Mechanical materials in Rawabi stores, Undertake daily visits to the site, follow up works implementation in all stages, Inspect Mechanical works, Control the quality of works, Check As built drawings, Prepare daily reports, Study contractors claims and variation orders, Strong knowledge of ERP system, Coordination with BIM, Material, Maintenance and Procurement Departments.
Implemented systems:
Heating (Hydronic heating systems integrated with Solar system and LPG boiler, radiators), Ventilation system, A/C system (Multi indoor units), Drainage system, Water supply system, Fire Fighting system (Hose reel, CO2 & Powder Extinguishers), LPG system, Elevators.
Project: Nablus district buildings reconstruction Project, PalTel Parking project
Responsibilities:
Review design & Shop drawings, Reviewing Heating and cooling calculations, Studying tenders pricing, Designing Mechanical system using AutoCAD, Checking as Built drawing and BOQs, Handover works, preparing daily reports.
Implemented systems:
Heating system (Diesel Boilers, Radiators, Circulating Pumps, Softeners and Fuel Pumps). Water Supply (Softeners, Water tanks, Booster set pumps, Electrical heating cylinders, Pressure reducing valve and Chlorinator). Ventilation system (Centrifugal fans, ducts, wall mounted fans). Fire Fighting system (Hose reel, CO2 & powder extinguishers, Electrical Fire pumps, Jockey pumps, Emergency pumps all in NFPA 20 standards). A/C system (Roof top package unit, and Ducting works, Daikin VRV III system and Split units). Drainage system (Submersible pumps). LPG system, Elevators.
