I. Part of team to Electric Power Plan and Manage of Ittehad Nodes (Back Haul DWDM & SDH Network)
a) Node/System Designing and Planning of Transmission (Long Haul and Metro) Nodes
II. Provisioning of International & Domestic circuits for various capacities (STM-1, E3/ DS-3 & E1 & Ethernet
Circuits)
• Number of Provisioning Projects involve: IPLC and DPLC circuits, both over Back Haul and Metro
Network.
• Project Solution Proposal: Involved in making costing for local and International connectivity
III. Planned and worked on number of projects as follows:
• Part of team to plan and implement: i. 10G Upgradation of Karachi Metro Project at Karachi Nodes and optimization of traffic and provisioning of their Gateway connectivity.
ii. Planning and implement SDH Project for Cross Border Connectivity though Peshawar
Border
iii. Port Re-groom and fine tuning of live/operational services (STM-1)
iv. APS, MSP testing of STM-1/4/16
v. Providing solutions for Circuit Delivery over Access Network (TDM over IP & TDM, EoSDH)
vi. TNMS Core / CDM Client Machine Management and Installation
vii. Raisecom NMS Installation for Client Access
viii. Planning of Clock Optimization for Huawei SDH
Vendor: • Huawei, NSN, Emerson, Cisco, JDSU, Sunrise, EXFO

Hands on Experience: I. NSN (Nokia Siemens Network) DWDM 7300 for Back Haul DWDM Network
II. SDH Surpass hiT 70 Series of NSN (Nokia Siemens Networks) which included 7020 & 7030 as CPEs, 7025,
7035 & 7060 as POPs & POIs, and 7070 (all OADM Nodes over Back Haul Network)
III. TNMS Version 11.4 (Telecommunication Network Management System) Client installation.
IV. IP Addressing, Implementation of VLANs, STP, VTP, ACL & NAT/PAT
V. Testing Equipments: JDSU Equipments: ANT-5 SDH Analyzer, FST 2802 Ethernet Analyzer, Sunrise 10G
Analyzer, EXFO and other passive & active equipments.
VI. Emerson Network Power: Installation of Rectifier Power systems for Back up at all Nodes and Data Centers.
