1. Oversee, Plan, Manage the implementation and maintenance of hotel management systems, including Opera, Fidelio, Micros, GRMS, At your wish, IPTV System, Digital Signage, Club management system PMS, POS, etc.
2. Manage a team of IT professionals to ensure smooth operation of all technology systems.
3. Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure data security and privacy.
4. Collaborate with other departments to identify technology needs and implement solutions to improve guest experiences.
5. Manage the budget for the IT department and ensure cost-effective solutions are implemented.
6. Managing Palo Alto firewall, Cisco call manager, Trend micro worry-free business security Anti-Virus, Veritas System Recovery & Backup.
Managerial duties :
1. Plan and implement projects, to align with
business needs.
2. Help define project scope, goals and deliverables.
3. Define tasks and required resources.
4. Collect and manage project team.
5. Create a project schedule and timeline.
6. Manage the project budget.
7. Support and direct team, Lead quality assurance.
8. All kind of reports & evaluations : Report on the
project status, quality, data, ...etc.
9. set communication plan and the engagement
with all stakeholders and Working closely with
other department Managers to assess the
growth needs and maintenance of the company’s network.
10. Identifying and acting on opportunities to
improve and update software and systems.
11. Running regular checks on business applications, servers, network and data security.
12. Developing and implementing IT policy and
best practice guides for the organization
Designing training programs and workshops
for staff.
13. Developing new network troubleshooting
strategies to help reduce downtime and
decrease maintenance costs.
14. WOrkin and adminstration of :
DHCP, Active directory, Exchange server,
Firewall, Antivirus, SQL Database, refactoring
Visual studio windows applicationCode, offfice
365, WSUS, VPN, AX Dynamics...etc.
15. adminstration of the attendance management system.

2. FortiGate firewall admin - SharePoint Support -
Ofice 365 admin - Azure Active directory - Azure
Backup.
3. Kaspersky antivirus & Internet Security admin.
4. CCTV server admin: cover all RIGs (45 Rig sites)
& Fingerprint Attendance System admin.
5. installing & troubleshooting problems related to
servers' hardware (IBM, HP, Dell)
6. manage file server's data security.
